지속가능한 건축 및 건설관리 연구실 (SBCML) 은 건설산업에 중요한 Agenda인 ‘지속가능성과 건설’, 건설관리 및 발주방식’, ‘시설물 자산관리 및 유지관리’, ‘모듈러 건축’, ‘Building Information Modeling’, ‘윤리, 준법, 안전’을 연구하는 연구그룹이다. SBCML 연구그룹의 연구목표는 ‘미래건축 모델’, ‘건설산업 혁신 프로세스’, ‘비즈니스 모델 및 Best Practice’를 제안하고 검증하여, 건설 산업의 국제 경쟁력 확대 및 이노베이션 허브를 만드는데 있다. SBCML은 산업계, 국내외 연구소 및 학교 전문가 그룹과 협업하며, 또한 다 학제적인 접근을 통하여 융합 연구와 실무 연구에 중점을 두고 있다.
